This week kicks off with a full-throated defense of the new Resident Evil movie--because it's awesome, actually-- and a bigger question: why does anyone expect Resident Evil to be serious? It's always been camp. That's the point. Sit down.
From there we get into the etiquette of announcing you're dating a cougar (there's a right moment, we promise,) celebrate Jordon's birthday and the single greatest gift ever bestowed upon a man-- a pizza axe-- and recap Ripley and Jordon's adventures at the Dirty Birdie. Then, Jordon returns with a spectrum update that against all odds, got worse, which Ripley somehow ties to the literacy crisis. We also work out life's greatest cheat codes: being a decent human or being decently pretty will get you disturbingly far.
Plus: a rant about people who talk on the phone while ordering coffee and food. It's rude and that's a hill we will die on. Finally, a debate that cannot be settled: Ripley maintains Jordon has never seen a woman, while the doctor disagrees. You decide.
