[00:16:07] and i wanted to you know once again have sex so we got a bed and what what's wrong so we got a bed but it was uh it was off amazon was like three hundred bucks it wasn't like yeah it was like not cheap but not crazy expensive

[00:16:24] yeah but we got it we've had it for two and a half years and it's just not holding up as well as we need to i think we're over three years aren't we

[00:17:04] delivered there less shit to move and three we just got married so our parents wanted to pitch in for a gift and we said we just wanted you know some money for the honeymoon and they said that's unacceptable we won't pay for you fucking on a boat so

[00:17:20] so we so we decided hey a mattress and they said they'd pitch in so that's how it all led this and we went all right well before we just buy some random mattress let's go actual mattress shopping we'll go

[00:17:33] you know into which hold on sorry we'll test it out if you are listening to this do not go to mattress for oh no i mean go there to test out mattresses just don't buy anything from

[00:18:42] he's like okay yeah come in tomorrow i'll be here in a meeting but just let me know i'll come out of the back and i'll give you all the discounts that we talked about today and we're like okay sure so we go in the next morning

[00:18:53] and we were like we'd like to talk to brandon and nick says there's no oh there's no one here named brandon we're like that's interesting because he told us he'd be here and he's like no he's not

[00:19:06] here and we were like well can you check and he's like no we got a guy named charles i'm like how the fuck does that help i know i'm just going down the alphabet are we going with dale next like what the

[00:20:01] sneezing no he kept coughing and see that was the whole thing anyway long story short we get through all that and um he goes okay well we can't schedule delivery for your new place and i was

[00:20:14] like why and he's like well it's outside of our coverage zone and i was like yesterday i got told that it was within our coverage zone i specifically checked because there's another mattress for him like right

[00:20:23] down the road for me and then they go oh yeah that might be a franchise store so we can't talk to them i'm like why the what you can't talk to them they're like yeah well they can go through a third

[00:20:34] party and have it delivered but it'll cost you an extra like 300 to 350 dollars depending on how long it takes i'm like no i'm not going to pay an extra 300 for you guys to deliver it down the

[00:20:44] street from another one of your stores like whatever you know and so then we finally decided you know what deliver it to this apartment and we will just move it because it's it's easier and we like we like to set up

[00:20:55] and everything right and no no and behold like he we sat there for 30 minutes while he tried to figure this out and then finally he's like okay i got it all set up it's going to this play it's going to your address here like okay sounds good

[00:21:11] and then he goes he goes did you were you buying it all right or financing i said well we talked about financing and he goes okay we can set that up he goes how many months did you want he says you can do six 12 24

[00:21:24] i think 36 but that's still about the longest now i was like let's do 12 it's you know it's a good good rate on it he goes okay you'll need to fill out your information and he has me this lipad and it's an

[00:21:34] information for uh synchrony and i was like i've never heard of synchrony but i assume it's like if you're on amazon and you hit pay over time with their service which what the hell is it called

[00:22:27] and i hit submit and then a message popped up says congratulations you're approved for the mattress firm credit card and i was like so what is this and he goes oh yeah the mattress firm credit card that's how

[00:22:39] we uh finance it we charge it all on there and then you just pay back in increments over 12 months off this credit card like that's that's not at all what financing is that's getting a i could do that with

[00:22:51] my regular credit card that i have why didn't you just tell like they he did not explain the the differences like the payment options he didn't explain anything to us and it was very like it was very irritating

[00:23:02] the fact that he did that and was like so shitted his job at the same time i'm like if you were efficient at it maybe but you like he had to keep calling people over to help him like no like three different people tried to help

[00:23:59] and temper pete it's like oh yeah we're having our fourth of july sale just started we have like 400 off and we looked at it and it was it's like 558 or 600 cheaper than mattress firm

[00:24:12] and they delivered to the new address and set it up free of charge and i'm like so you telling me that we could have saved six hundred dollars by just ordering this online so i called the motherfucker the first okay so we ripply said she'd call him

[00:24:27] then cancel it because she was very irate and i said okay and then she said no she wasn't gonna call him i was and then i said too bad call him bitch and then she slapped me across the face

[00:24:39] a huge fight ensued ripply's on dialysis now and it's a whole thing you know lots of you know fighting and whatnot anyway i ended up calling him and i said hey i was in your store earlier today

[00:24:54] funnily enough he's the one that answered the phone he's like this is nick i'm like cool this is jordan i want to cancel my shit i was like i want to cancel this whole thing and i'm gonna cancel that credit card when it fucking shows up too because

[00:25:06] i did not want to fucking credit card like fuck this like they did not say it was a credit card at any nowhere none of their signs say credit card nothing in there said matched from credit card

[00:25:16] it just said financing i looked i looked for so many different signs and as we were like checking out and doing the whole process didn't find a single one that said credit card

[00:25:25] except for the thing that he made me hit submit and it said congratulations you have a credit card now i'm like what the fuck you were like why yeah anyway so i called him and told him

[00:25:35] that i i'm canceling that order and he goes okay uh he goes i can cancel that for you a customer just came in let me finish up with them and then i will cancel it and i will call you back

[00:25:46] for with confirmation that it's canceled i said okay he said all right i'll call you back in just a little bit and i was like all right over an hour and a half later

[00:25:54] this motherfucker calls me back and says hey this is nick and i'm like i figured and and he goes hey so i'm looking through your statement you ordered this this this this and

[00:26:08] this right and they enlisted like the two parts that we ordered plus all the extra fees and shit i'm like oh i didn't order the fees but i guess i agreed to them sure he's like i just wanted

[00:26:16] to make sure you wanted to cancel all of it and did you and not just like keep the base or keep the mattress and cancel part of it and i was like no i want to cancel all of it i

[00:26:24] do not want them anymore and he was upset good fucking i also think by the way i also think he didn't actually give the commission to brandon that first guy because all hit all of the paperwork

[00:26:37] and receipts and everything that we got said uh that the employee that was helping us was nick less and or nick instead of brandon and i was like i i didn't like that either like

[00:26:47] all you did was click submit on a sale that someone else made like that's bullshit didn't give us the discounts because they're all running a fourth of july sale so he didn't

[00:26:54] give us the sale price he charged full price yeah we didn't notice that till we got back home and then he attributed it to himself even though brandon was the only reason we wanted to buy it yeah no so

[00:27:04] it was awesome like sorry buddy but like uh yeah well anyway so we canceled it and we had good reason for it so we're like i'm just canceling it so i he asked again this is the

[00:27:16] second phone call after almost two hours he goes hey do you want to cancel all of it i said yes i do he goes okay let i was just making sure let me cancel all of it and i'll give you a call back

[00:27:27] when i confirm that it's canceled and i said okay he hangs up a second time mother vucker calls me again uh let's see these this timing okay here it is he called me the first time at 320

[00:27:42] he called me the second time at 4 p.m to say to say at 4 p.m he told me that he was going to cancel it and call me right back he just needed to confirm which parts i want to cancel i told him all of it

[00:27:55] then an hour and 15 minutes later he called me back and said oh i was just this is nick your your order is canceled it took an hour and 15 minutes to cancel it which by the way you can't

[00:28:05] cancel mattress firm orders online even though they give you an order number and a place to track your order on their website and you can you can edit the delivery address before it's shipped

[00:28:18] but you can't cancel online for some fucking reason like it doesn't i hate it i hate it and anyway it was more complicated than shopping for a car so over two hours of phone calls with this

[00:28:29] dude off and on and he's finally like okay it's canceled uh you might see the fee still go through on the the credit card but it shouldn't because you hasn't it hasn't been delivered yet i'm

[00:28:39] like what do you mean might like how what i'm about to close this card so if you try and charge it good luck like i don't know what to tell you you know yeah like it's not happening buddy but it was it was

[00:29:40] pot and you went no this is the biggest pot we have and i said this is a small pot we should put it in the crock pot and you're like no it needs to be in a pot the flavor is different

[00:29:49] it's not but uh long story short like the pot was filled to the bram and we were like this ain't gonna work so we got a crock pot but i had to take a picture of the chili

[00:30:01] close up like it was literally about to spill over there's just a piece of chocolate falling in the middle of it mm-hmm it's almost as someone told you that it wouldn't fit in that

[00:30:09] small pot you should have told me faster i did like when the pot was empty is when i said this is the small pot it won't fit and you went nah it'll be all right it worked out mm-hmm we couldn't
